Our experienced case management staff assesses the preinjury job in collaboration with the employer and the injured worker and creates a job analysis that reflects the physical demands, the environmental factors, and the essential and non- essential job functions. The final product is reviewed and approved by the employer. The case manager can also develop alternate duty options based upon this pre-injury job. This job analysis (es) can serve a pivotal role in assisting the physician with evaluating physical capability demands and return to work potential. It also provides goals for rehabilitation and physical therapy treatment.
